WMRRA rule change proposal form for 2011


As stated in Section Y of the 2010 WMRRA rule book:

  1. All proposals for rule changes must be submitted in writing to WMRRA on or before October 1st, 2010.
    The rules committee will review these proposals for possible incorporation into next year's rulebook.

  2. Proposals must include:
    1. The section and paragraph number(s) that the rule change affects.
    2. The exact text of the proposed change <and> the existing rulebook text.
    3. The reason for the change (and any other supporting discussion or documentation).
    4. The name of the person submitting the proposal.

Only rule proposals submitted with ALL the above information will be considered valid and accepted for consideration.

If you submitted a proposal, make sure you speak to your rider representative and make sure they have all the information necessary to speak intelligently to your proposal.

If you are for or against a proposal, make sure you speak to your rider representative and let them know your feelings regarding the rule proposal.
