Nominations may be made at any regular meeting, which includes the race day
rider's meeting, per the rulebook.
Please be sure that the nominee is aware of the nomination and is prepared to accept.

If you are unable to make a nomination at a meeting, an email can be sent to the
Secretary at secretary@wmrra.com with phone and email information. The nominee
will be contacted to confirm acceptance before elections are closed.
