Secretary- Debbie Hallanger
-No report

Treasurer- Joan Inge
-Bank balances reported.

1st VP- Mike Tobin
-Newsletter content for the next edition is needed. It will be out one week before the next race weekends.
-Privacy policy has been created and will be published as soon as possible.
-Proposal to spend less than $100 for a locking box to come into compliance with the Red Flag policy.
--Approved unanimously
-Discussion on additional class and event sponsors.

2nd VP- Bill Hallanger
-Great first round Phil and Claud. Thanks for stepping up!
-Discussion on not restarting a race after halfway through when a red flag is thrown. Per the rulebook, races will not be restarted after the leaders have completed 1/2 the laps of the race.

3rd VP- Katie Field
-AMB worked great and makes our race day better. 
-Some grid problems were quickly fixed, with more tweaks to come. 
-The scoring team will indicate with a highlighter your entry on the timing sheet posted at registration to indicate that your transponder battery is low. 

President- Allister MacKinnon
-The helmet expiration rule, Section C.1, was mis-stated at the rider's meeting on April 4-5
race weekend. The rulebook states helmets with SNELL 2000 approval are allowed. If it is DOT approved only, it must have been manufactured in the previous 5 years.
-We are actively seeking a new webmaster. Contact Allister if you are interested in volunteering. 
-Schedule changes will be handled by the pit stewards and need to be communicated immediatley once known.

Airfence Committee- Nico Tomacelli
-One Airfence module in Turn 7 was destroyed by a car between the evening of April 3 and the morning of April 4. If you have any information about how it may have happened please contact your rider rep. New covers are coming, so it will be replaced in time for next race. 

Novice Rep- Nico Tomacelli
-Next NRC classroom is in June at RMC.

Supersport Rep- Ross DeLong
-Not present

Superbike Rep- Brad Gua
-No report

Vintage Rep- Duncan Craick
-AHMRA at Willows April 25-24.
-SOTP will be at WMRRA event in May.
