Membership Meeting Minutes
November 28, 2007

Secretary- Debbie Hallanger
-December Membership Meeting is cancelled.

Treasurer- Joan Inge
-Banquet numbers reported. 
-Bank, air fence fund and injured rider's fund balances reported.
-These balances do not include a few outstanding bills such as IMS and 
Pacific Raceways down payments.
-Corrections for round 8 gates are Saturday 302 and Sunday 310.

1st VP- Laura Carpenter
-Banquet served over 160 dinners.
-The caterer and room for the banquet accommodated everyone, successfully, 
big thanks to Liz Chaffen for organizing.
-Emails should have been sent out to volunteers for the IMS. If you still 
want to help you can stop by the booth.
-There will be 3 bikes on display and a TV to show videos.
-There will be new posters handed out.
-New apparel and -t-shirts from last year will be avail for sale.
-We have a corner booth, main isle on one side, in the annex.
-WMRRA racers can get discounts on ice racing at the Everett Events Center 
on Dec 8th at 7:30 pm.
-We do not plan on having a presence at the Spokane Motorcycle Show. We 
will try to get our cards out to a dealer.

2nd VP- Bill Hallanger
-2008 rulebooks are in process.
-Will be collecting contingency sponsors for 2008 to display in the rulebook.
-Looking into possibility of advertising on the rulebook covers.
-Rule changes should be posted to website by next weekend, Dec 8th.

3rd VP- Ariana Burgess
-New forms will be available at the IMS and mailed out to non-email members.
-Ariana met with Janice from OMRRA to inquire about new ideas and best 
practices on registration.
-The new scoring volunteer will be at the IMS to learn about the club.
-If you still have any issues with scoring or refunds, contact registration 
and treasurer ASAP. 
-All new forms will be posted to the website at the same time of the IMS 
opening.

President- Allister MacKinnon
-Meeting with Pacific Raceways and working on a list of requests that the 
track has for us, including painting our containers.
-We have been offered another weekend at Pacific Raceways, although we 
have not finished the contract. The tentative date is Labor Day, weekend 
Aug 30, 31. We will announce when this is official.
-Luke Gaylor, Brad Gua and Chris Denzler are forming a committee to set 
up protocols for air fence coordination.

Novice Rep- Nico Tomacelli
-On track sessions for NRC will be offered at Sullivan School, as well as 
2Fast. These will be the only NRC track sessions for new novices to attend. 
This is replacing the WMRRA race day NRC track portion, and will cover 
all aspects of racing dictated by curriculum created by the novice 
committee.
-Look for an updated new racer webpage.
-Forms for NRC sign up will be available at the IMS.

Supersport Rep- Ross Delong
